Kurt Graff

Kurt Graff, a veteran Pierce County bank executive, is
president and CEO of Northwest Commercial Bank.
A banker in Pierce County for more than 20 years, Graff was
instrumental in opening the Lakewood Branch of Columbia Bank in 1993 as
its manager. During the seven years he managed this branch, it grew to
be one of the largest bank branches in Pierce County. Prior to joining
Columbia, Graff spent 12 years with Puget Sound Bank and Key Bank after
it acquired Puget Sound. He successfully managed various offices,
including the largest of the 115-branch bank.
Following his successful efforts at opening and managing Columbia's
Lakewood branch, Graff was promoted to Senior Vice President of Credit
Administration. During his tenure in this position, he served in various
capacities, including chairman of the bank's general loan committee,
member of executive loan committee, asset liability committee and
others.
Graff was educated at the University of Washington's Pacific Coast
Banking School in Seattle, the Northwest Intermediate Commercial Lending
School at Lewis & Clark College in Portland and the American Institute
of Banking.
He has served numerous community organizations as a member and director,
including Rotary Club of Clover Park, Lakewood Economic Development
Board, Greater Lakes Mental Health Board, Lakewood Chamber of Commerce
and the Puget Sound Chapter of the Risk Management Association.

George McNelly

George McNelly is a veteran of more than 25 years in the banking
industry, spending his entire career as a financial officer.
For more than 20 years, McNelly was on the staff of the Harbor Community
Bank in Raymond, WA. He left that financial institution to help with the
startup of the Hometown National Bank in Longview, WA. He remained with
that bank during its formative stage and a total of three years.
He is a graduate of the Vanderbilt BAI Banking School and attended
American Institute of Banking classes as well as teaching institute
classes for a number of years. McNelly also studied at St. Martin's
College in Olympia and Centralia College.
He is married and has two daughters, both in college. In addition to the
banking industry, McNelly owns and operates tree farms in
Lewis and Pacific Counties and has served as a consultant on natural
resources issues.

Cliff Rubert

Cliff Rubert has been a lending officer and
branch manager
primarily in area financial institutions since 1976.
His first banking job was at First National Bank of Nevada and
after a year there he moved to Washington where he joined Puget Sound
Bank. Rubert remained with this Pierce County bank for 18 years. He went
to North Pacific Bank (now Heritage Bank) when Puget Sound Bank was
acquired by another banking company. He remained with the organization
for five years.
Rubert joined Columbia Bank in 2000,
serving as a commercial
lending officer in that institution's loan production office in Auburn.
He grew up in Alaska and attended the University of Alaska
Anchorage. Married to Renee, the couple has made their home in Puyallup
for the last 20 years. They have two grown sons. He is a graduate of the
Northwest Intermediate Banking School in Oregon and has attended
numerous special banking courses during his banking career.
