Kurt Graff

Kurt Graff, a veteran Pierce County bank executive, is president and CEO
of Northwest Commercial Bank.
A banker in Pierce County for more than 20 years, Graff was
instrumental in opening the Lakewood Branch of Columbia Bank in 1993 as
its manager. During the seven years he managed this branch, it grew to
be one of the largest bank branches in Pierce County. Prior to joining
Columbia, Graff spent 12 years with Puget Sound Bank and Key Bank after
it acquired Puget Sound. He successfully managed various offices,
including the largest of the 115-branch bank.
Following his successful efforts at opening and managing Columbia's
Lakewood branch, Graff was promoted to Senior Vice President of Credit
Administration. During his tenure in this position, he served in various
capacities, including chairman of the bank's general loan committee,
member of executive loan committee, asset liability committee and
others.
Graff was educated at the University of Washington's Pacific Coast
Banking School in Seattle, the Northwest Intermediate Commercial Lending
School at Lewis & Clark College in Portland and the American Institute
of Banking.
He has served numerous community organizations as a member and director,
including Rotary Club of Clover Park, Lakewood Economic Development
Board, Greater Lakes Mental Health Board, Lakewood Chamber of Commerce
and the Puget Sound Chapter of the Risk Management Association.

Robert L. Kiehl, D.D.S.

Robert L. Kiehl, D.D.S. is an organizer
and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. He has been a
dentist in private practice in Lakewood, Washington for over thirty
years.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1964 from the University
of Puget Sound and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1968 from the
State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry. He was a
Captain in the United States Air Force Dental Corps. He was also an
Associate Professor at the University of Washington Dental School. He
has been published in the Journal of the American Dental Association. He
has also served on the Pierce County Dental Society’s Peer Review
Committee. He is one of the co-founders of Pacific Container
Corporation.
He is active in civic and professional organizations, including the
American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association,
the Pierce County Dental Society, the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, and
the Tacoma Country and Golf Club.

Michael E. Larson

Michael E. Larson is an organizer and a
director of the Bank. He is an owner of Harold A. Allen Company Realtors
in Lakewood and serves as its President and designated broker. Prior to
his working for Harold A. Allen Company Realtors, he served as the
Government Affairs Director for the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of
Realtors, a 1,400 member trade association, as the local level lobbyist.
Between 1986 and 1991, he served as the Sports Information Director
for Pacific Lutheran University. Between 1984 and 1986, he served in a
similar position at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Mr. Larson
graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, in
1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism. He is a member of the
Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtor, the Washington Association
of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He has served on
the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors’ Board of Directors
since 1998.
He is actively involved in many civic and community organizations,
including the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce and the Tacoma-Pierce County
Chamber of Commerce.

Bjorn G. Olson

Bjorn G. Olson is an organizer and a
director of the Bank. He is the owner of Bjorn G. Olson Building, Inc.,
a general contractor located in Lakewood. He has worked in the
residential and commercial real estate development business for almost
30 years, first with his father’s construction business and then with
his own general contracting company.
He is a member of the Pierce County Board of Realtors, Master Builders
Association of Pierce County, National Association of Notaries’,
Candidate Master Appraiser’s Institute, Tacoma Chamber of Commerce, and
Lakewood Chamber of Commerce.
He graduated from Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, with a Bachelor
Degree in Business Administration in 1977.

Roland Funk

Roland D. Funk is a director of the
Bank.
He retired after a 28-year career in banking which included 22 years
with Peoples National Bank and six years at US Bank. Primarily a
community banker concentrating on consumer and commercial lending, he
served as a vice president and area manager or district manager of six
banking centers.
Funk grew up in Montana, graduating from high school in Wolf Point. He
earned a Bachelor’s Degree in 1966 from Pacific Lutheran University in
Parkland, Wash. Funk also was graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking
School’s Commercial Division at the University of Washington in 1978.
Active in community activities, Funk has been a member of service clubs
regularly as well as various church boards and chambers of commerce in
every community where he lived and worked. He was a member of the
originating board of an Economic Development Council.
Funk served as a board member of the Tacoma Urban league and South Puget
Sound Junior Achievement. He has been a member of The Tacoma Club,
Washington Athletic Club, US Bank of Washington PAC and the State of
Washington Study Team: Workforce 2000.

Dave
Sclair

Dave Sclair is a director of the bank.
He has been in the newspaper business for many years and was owner and
publisher of a Lakewood-area semi-weekly newspaper, The Suburban Times.
He is publisher emeritus of a nationally distributed newspaper for the
general aviation industry, General Aviation News.
Dave and his wife, Mary Lou, have been involved in Lakewood and area
communities since moving to the area in 1970.
Sclair served the Lakewood Area Chamber of Commerce as a member of the
board of directors and president and the Bethel School District as a
board member and president. A Rotarian since 1976, Sclair is currently a
member of the Rotary Club of Lakewood. In 1998-99 he
served as district governor for Rotary, working with more than 65 clubs
in Pierce County, Western Washington and Vancouver Island, BC.
A pilot since 1968, Sclair has logged over 2,500 hours in single and
multi-engine airplanes flying throughout the country participating in
aviation events.
Sclair attended the University of Maine and served in the USAF Reserve
and Air National Guard.

Dan
Durr

Dan Durr is a director of the Bank.
A Lakewood resident, Durr has been president and broker for First
Western Properties since 1986. At the same time, he is also managing
member and principle of D&B Retail Development LLC.
Durr attended Pierce College and then the University of Puget Sound,
studying business administration, graduating in 1980.
In addition to his real estate related businesses, Durr has been an
active community member. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers'
Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Lakewood
Redevelopment Council, Tacoma Narrows Rotary Club and the Tacoma Pierce
County Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Henry
Reitzug

Dr. Henry Reitzug a pediatrician in the
Puyallup area since 1979, is a director of the bank.
In addition to his personal medical practice, Dr. Reitzug founded and is
CEO of Woodcreek Healthcare, a medical practice with locations in
Puyallup, South Hill and Bonney Lake. The system employs more than 130
people. Starting in 2003, Dr. Reitzug developed the Sunrise Medical
Campus, a 16-clinic medical campus covering 15 acres on South Hill. The
medical campus is currently being further expanded to serve the growing
south Puget Sound population.
Dr. Reitzug is married and he and his wife Anne have six children and
five grandchildren. They make their home on a farm in Graham.
Born in Germany, he came to the United States with his parents in 1956
and became an American citizen six years later. He grew up in Indiana
and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS degree. He
received his medical degree four years later from Indiana University
School of Medicine where he specialized in pediatrics.
He served in the US Army for six years in the early 1970s and received
additional pediatric training at Madigan Army Hospital.
The Puyallup physician has served on the board of directors of Good
Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, the Elbe Historical Church board and has
served as a church deacon. Dr. Reitzug has also served in disaster
relief as a physician with Northwest Medical Teams in Albania, southern
Mexico, Mozambique, Viet Nam, Afghanistan and Uganda.
